CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLANNING COMMITTEE
REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
September 21, 2005
Ms. Roberts called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m. at the East Windsor Town Hall, 11 Rye Street, Broad Brook, CT 06016
ATTENDANCE: Linda Roberts, Edward Filipone, Mary Szabo
Unable to attend: Ken Crouch, Leonard Norton, Dave Tyler, Gil Hayes, Ed Farrell
There were not enough Committee members present for a quorum.
For purposes of the organizational meeting, members present reviewed last year’s forms and made changes where appropriate so the items could be distributed to the appropriate departments and/or agencies in the near future.
It was agreed that the CIP Committee will meet at 7:00 p.m. on the following dates in 2005: November 3, November 17, and November 29, and December 15.
By consensus the meeting was concluded at 7:15 p.m.
