BMX/SKATEBOARD PARK MEETING MINUTES
MAY 15, 2008
I. TIME AND PLACE OF MEETING
Lori Gabriel called the meeting to order on Thursday, May 15, 2008 at 6:32 p.m. at the Park Hill Committee Room, located off Windsorville Road, Broad Brook.

IV. PREVIOUS MINUTES
Regular meeting minutes of April 17, 2008.
MOTION: To accept the regular meeting minutes of April 17, 2008, as submitted.
Made by Laura Harney, seconded by Linda Ritter. All voting members in favor.
Motion carried.
V. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
None
VI. OLD BUSINESS
A. East Windsor Community Day May 10th Was A Success.
B. Culligan Water Bottles.
C. Logos. T-shirt logo will be used as our new logo.
E. Park & Rec Update.
VII. NEW BUSINESS
A. Grants- Preparing for the future.
B. Fundraising: Linda Ritter Noni Energy Drink Presented taste test for the future.
C. Park Name: Will decide on a name, probably going to do a gift/contest to include the entire community.
D. Inland wetlands will be held June 4th, and Planning and Zoning will be held June 24th. Board of Selectman is July 1, 2008.
E. ARC- Promo Tour Mid Summer.
