Mr. Lenegan called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. at the East Windsor Town Hall, 11 Rye Street, Broad Brook.

MOTION: To approve the March 23, 2009 meeting minutes as submitted.

ALL MEMBER IN FAVOR. MOTION CARRIED
The Board heard the appeals for the October 1, 2008 Grand List and the September, 2007 Motor Vehicle Supplemental List as scheduled for today and tabled any decisions to a future date after that Board has heard all of the appeals for the
