Town-owned Land at the corner of Forbes and Chester Streets
Assistant Corporation Counsel Rich Gentile indicated that Mayor Leclerc and Public Works Director Tim Bockus are aware of the size and status of the subject parcel and the town will no longer be maintaining the privately owned adjacent property. Councillor Horan opined that the survey required to divest the property would far outweigh any taxes received if the property were privately owned. Chair Russo requested that the Administration notify abutting landowners that the town will no longer be maintaining lots 127 and 128 on Assessor’s map 47. (see attached)
