Chair Russo called the meeting to order at 5:33 p.m.

& Disposition Committee meeting.

Update - Acquisition of 54, 56 and 68 North Meadow Lane
Assistant Corporation Counsel Rich Gentile indicated that he had not heard
back from Mr. Forbes and that, at this point, he feels the matter will not be going forward.
No further action taken at this time.
Sale of 9 Montague Circle
Assistant Corporation Counsel Rich Gentile noted that he received a letter dated
December 13, 2010 from abutting landowner Marlene Schaeffer (copy in Real Estate
Subcommittee minute book). No other abutting landowners have contacted the town
regarding the parcel. A general discussion of the issue followed. Attorney Gentile
will discuss the possible valuation of the parcel with Assessor Brian Smith and report
back to the Committee.
No further action taken at this time.
Acquisition of 3 Saunders Street
Assistant Corporation Counsel Rich Gentile noted that the landowner’s 2008 appraisal is
$190,000, but that land values have decreased.

Attorney Gentile will continue to negotiate a possible acquisition of the property with the
owner and will report back to the Committee.
