Health Department – Environmental Division
Mayor Currey spoke on behalf of Jim Cordier, the Health Department Director, and Robin Sleeman, Environmental Health Supervisor, who were both unable to attend, presented the proposed schedule of fees increases and additions to the Committee.

seconded by Marcia Leclerc
to recommend to the Town Council to approve the proposed additional
fees and increases, except for the fees charged to non-profits, by the Environmental Health Division of the town’s Health Department, as requested by Robin Sleeman, Environmental Health Supervisor in a memo to Jim Cordier, Director of Health and Social Services Department, dated February 11, 2010 as follows:
New Fees:
Public Pool Licenses $100
Daycare Center Environmental Inspection $100
Kennel License $100
School Inspection $100
Group Home Inspection $100
Soil Test Observation $100
Subsurface Sewage Plan Review/Approval $150
Fee Increases:
Temporary Food Service License $ 75
- If submitted less than 2 weeks prior
to the event $100
such new fees and fee increases to take effect beginning July 1, 2010.
