LEGAL NOTICE
Public notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of East Hartford, Connecticut, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 18, 2009 at 7:15 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut on revisions to the Town of East Hartford Code of Ordinances as follows:
Municipal Enterprise Zone: Sections 2-117 and 2-118
Reverse Auction – Bidding Procedures: Section 10-7(d)
Any person(s) wishing to express an opinion on this matter may do so at this meeting.

The Chair gave a brief explanation of the revisions to Sections 2-117 and 2-118, Municipal Enterprise Zone, and Section 10-7(d), Reverse Auction – Bidding Procedures.
No one came forth to comment.
