CALL TO ORDER
Chair Kehoe called the meeting to order at 6:47 p.m. He announced the exit locations in
accordance with Connecticut General Statutes § 29-381. Mayor Currey addressed the
Council on her recommended budget for the Police and Fire Departments, as well as the
budget in general.
The Council reviewed the following department budgets:
Fire Department:
Fire Chief Oates presented an overview of his department’s budget and answered questions from the Councillors.
Police Department:
Chief of Police Mark Sirois presented an overview of his department’s budget and answered questions from the Councillors.
There being no further business, the Chair closed the meeting at 9:45 p.m.
