NEW BUSINESS
18-22 Main Street
Development Director Jeanne Webb initiated a general discussion of the issue of 18-22 Main Street, and introduced Peter D’Addeo, representative of 18-22 Main Street, LLC. Mr. D’Addeo explained that the town need only approve and accept the easement from the owner/developer for the signal mechanisms to be placed on the property. Assistant Corporation Counsel Rich Gentile noted that the easement agreement had already been negotiated with the lawyer for the owner/developer. A general discussion of the proposed easement followed.

seconded by Jason Rojas
to recommend that the Town Council approve and accept the easement
from 18-22 Main Street, LLC as shown on the map entitled “Map Showing
Easement Acquired From 18-22 Main Street, LLC”, and the easement
agreement recommended by the Corporation Counsel’s office.
