Temporary Chair Leclerc called the meeting to order at 5:30 pm.
NOMINATION OF OFFICERS
Don Pitkin placed in nomination the name of Marcia Leclerc
as Chair of the Personnel & Pensions Subcommittee.
Marc Weinberg seconded that nomination.
Don Pitkin placed in nomination the name of Marc Weinberg
as Secretary of the Personnel & Pensions Subcommittee.
Marcia Leclerc seconded that nomination.
MOTION By Don Pitkin
seconded by Marcia Leclerc
to close the nominations and have the secretary cast one ballot for
Marcia Leclerc as Chair and Marc Weinberg as Secretary of the
Personnel & Pensions Subcommittee.

ADOPTION OF RULES GOVERNING MEETINGS
MOTION By Don Pitkin
seconded by Marc Weinberg
to adopt the rules of the Chair as the rules governing the
meetings of the Personnel & Pensions Subcommittee with challenges of
the rulings of the Chair being resolved in accordance with
Robert's Rules of Order as currently adopted by the Town Council.

ESTABLISHMENT OF MEETING DATES

to hold meetings at the call of the Chair.

STORAGE OF RECORDS

to store records in the Town Council office.

Youth Task Force Coordinator
MOTION By Marc Weinberg
seconded by Don Pitkin
to recommend the Town Council approve the job description for the Youth Task Force Coordinator/Project Manager as a contractual position with salary and health benefits not exceeding $70,000 annually. Such position will have a duration not to extend beyond June 30, 2010 unless further extended by the Town Council.
