Public Notice is hereby given that the East Hartford Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Town Council Chambers, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut, on Thursday, May 29, 2014 at 7:30 p.m., when the following applications will be heard:
Shirley Enman, 145 Lydall Road, Requests a variance from Section 302.5(a) Yards to permit a front porch requiring a 21 ft. variance from the front property line. (Zone R-2)
Ted Marena, 425 Park Avenue, is appealing the order of the Assistant Zoning Enforcement Official to remove a metal storage container. (Zone B-3)
John Buckridge, 19 George Street, is appealing the order of the Assistant Zoning Enforcement Official to remove a metal storage container. (Zone B-3)
Ted Hsu, 250 Governor Street, is appealing the order of the Assistant Zoning Enforcement Official to remove a metal storage container. (Zone B-3)
Robert McClellan, 776 Tolland Street, is appealing the order of the Assistant Zoning Enforcement Official to remove a metal storage container. (Zone B-3)
