Public Notice is hereby given that the East Hartford Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Town Council Chambers, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut, on Thursday, April 24, 2014 at 7:30 p.m., when the following applications will be heard:
Christine Foley, agent for Robert E. Peary LLC, 17 Wind Road, Requests a variance from Sections 205.3 Reconstruction of Nonconforming Structures, 220 Nonconforming Lots and 214.2 Accessory Structures, in order to rebuild these nonconforming buildings should they be destroyed. (Zone R-3)
Marc Rienow, agent for Gengras Motor Cars, 585 Connecticut Boulevard, is appealing the order of the Assistant Zoning Enforcement Official to remove a metal storage container. (Zone B-3)
Adebayo Law, LLC, agent for PTMM, LLC, 360 Burnside Avenue, is appealing the order of the Assistant Zoning Enforcement Official to remove a metal storage container. (Zone B-1)
