Public Notice is hereby given that the East Hartford Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Town Council Chambers, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut, on Thursday, March 27, 2014 at 7:30 p.m., when the following applications will be heard:
Cello Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless, 1403 Main Street, Requests a variance from Sections 401.1(a)(14) Permitted Uses, 401.4(b) Setback requirements & 225.5 Distant from a residential zone, to install cellular antennas on the roof of a building owner by the East Hartford Housing Authority . (Zone B-1)
Laurentano Sign Group, agent Robert Kuszpa, 337 East River Drive, Requests a variance from Sections 210.5(c)(1) and 210.6(d), to permit a total of 4 signs with a total square footage of 279.3 square feet for the magnet school. (Zone B-4)
