Public Notice is hereby given that the East Hartford Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Town Council Chambers, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut, on Thursday, February 27, 2014 at 7:30 p.m., when the following applications will be heard:
Cello Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless, 1403 Main Street, Requests a variance from Sections 401.1(a)(14) Permitted Uses, 401.4(b) Setback requirements & 225.5 Distant from a residential zone, to install cellular antennas on the roof of a building owner by the East Hartford Housing Authority .
