Public Notice is hereby given that the East Hartford Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Town Council Chambers, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut, on Thursday, January 30, 2014 at 7:30 p.m., when the following applications will be heard:
Robert Valiquette, agent for 235 Ridgewood Road, Requests a variance from Section 211.1(a) Corner Lots, to construct a deck 13 ft. from the street side property line requiring a 7 ft. variance. (Zone R-2)
Tim Bockus, agent for the Town of East Hartford, 31 School Street, Requests a variance from Section 209.1(e) Parking, to reduce required interior landscaping to accommodate a new fueling station. (Zone R-4)
