ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
December 5, 2013 Meeting
Public Notice is hereby given that the East Hartford Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Town Council Chambers, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut, on Thursday, December 5, 2013 at 7:30 p.m., when the following applications will be heard:
Adam Winstanley, Manager of WE 115 Park Holdings LLC, 115-127 Park Avenue, Requests a variance from Section 209.1(e) Parking, to eliminate interior parking lot landscaping, and reduce the number of deciduous trees from 35 to 25, Sections 209.3(k,q & bb) Parking, to reduce the required number of parking spaces from 255 to 111, requiring a variance of 144 spaces, Section 227.3(b) Front Landscaping and Screening Areas, to eliminate the required 5 ft. wide area abutting the building, Section 403.5 Lot Coverage, regarding the impervious area, increasing from the existing 85.5% to 86 %. (Zone B).
