November 7, 2013 Meeting
Public Notice is hereby given that the East Hartford Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Town Council Chambers, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut, on Thursday, November 7, 2013 at 7:30 p.m., when the following applications will be heard:
Jeff LeBeau agent for Freeman Companies, LLC, 71 George Street, Requests a variance from Sections 209.1(c, d & e), 209.3(k), 209.7 Parking, to reduce the amount of required parking and distance to property line, reduce landscaping, reduce the size of parking stalls and/or landscaped buffer strip and Section 403.5 Lot Coverage, regarding the impervious area. (Zone B-3)
Charles Tishoffer Jr., 653 & 657 Burnside Avenue, Request a variance from Section 401.1 & 2 Permitted/Special Permitted Uses to permit the expansion of an exiting auto repair facility which is a nonconforming use in this zone. (Zone B-1)
David and Alice Daley, 71 McKee Street, are appealing an order from the Assistant Zoning Enforcement Official to remove a paved portion of the front yard used for parking in violation of Section 209.1(a). (Zone R-3)
