At a public hearing held by the East Hartford Zoning Board of Appeals in the Town Council Chambers at 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut, on Thursday, August 29, 2013 at 7:30 p.m., where the following applications were heard and acted upon:
Donny Wirt, agent for Loren Andreo, 1-31 (15-17) Main Street, Requests a variance from Section 210.5(c)(1) Signs, to permit a wall sign of 189.28 sq. ft., requiring a variance of 92.4 sq. ft. (Zone B-1) [Motion to approve - 3 in favor; 1 against - motion fails]
