Public Notice is hereby given that the East Hartford Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Town Council Chambers, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut, on Thursday, March 28, 2013 at 7:30 p.m., when the following applications will be heard:
John Wood, 88 Larrabee Street, Requests a variance from Section 214.2(e) Accessory Structures, to construct a 10’ x 12’ shed requiring a variance of 284 sq. ft. (Zone R-4)
Yves Michaud, 63 Shawnee Road, is appealing the order of the Assistant Zoning Official, to remove a pickup truck that is larger than permitted under Section 214.1(b)(2). (Zone R-6)
