ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
February 28, 2013 Meeting
Public Notice is hereby given that the East Hartford Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Town Council Chambers, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut, on Thursday, February 28, 2013 at 7:30 p.m., when the following applications will be heard:
Sebastian Alessandra, agent for the store at 1455 Forbes Street, Requests a variance from Sections 302.1 Permitted Uses and 205.1 Nonconforming Uses, to expand a nonconforming convenience store in a residential zone. (Zone R-2)
Michael Bonanno, agent for Lot & More, 1375 Silver Lane, is appealing the order of the Assistant Zoning Official, to remove products unrelated to the existing garden center that are being sold there which are in violation of the zoning regulations and irrespective of a denial of a variance to sell such products. (Zone R-2)
