Public Notice is hereby given that the East Hartford Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Town Council Chambers, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut, on Thursday, December 6, 2012 at 7:30 p.m., when the following applications will be heard:
Timothy & Rosemary Moynihan, 190 Naubuc Avenue, Requests a variance from Sections 303.3 Lot Sizes and Area and 214.2(c) Accessory Structures, to permit a Lot Width of 75 ft. requiring a variance of 10 ft. and to permit an accessory structure (shed) 1.5 ft. from the property line. (Zone R-3)
Brian Siddall, agent for AutoZone Stores, Inc., 12 Governor Street, Requests a variance from Sections 210.5(c)(1&2) and 210.6(d), to permit a total of 3 signs with a total square footage of 184 sq. ft. requiring a variance of 120 sq. ft. including a ground sign of 50 sq. ft. (Zone B-5)
Michael Bonanno , agent for Lot & More, 1375 Silver Lane, Requests a variance from Section 302.1 Permitted Uses, to expand retail sales to items not customarily sold at the existing garden center in a residential zone. (Zone R-2)
