Public Notice is hereby given that the East Hartford Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Town Council Chambers, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut, on Thursday, October 25, 2012 at 7:30 p.m., when the following applications will be heard:
Cynthia parent, 41 Pinecrest Drive, Requests a variance from Section 220 Nonconforming Lots, to permit a carport 2 ft. from the side property line requiring a variance of 5 ft. (Zone R-3)
Mark Cartelli, 15 Porterbrook Avenue, Requests a variance from Section 214.(2)(e) Accessory Structures, to permit a shed of 120 sq. ft. requiring a variance of 60 sq. ft. (Zone R-3)
