Public Notice is hereby given that the East Hartford Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the 2nd Floor, Welling Conference Room, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut, on Thursday, June 28, 2012 at 7:30 p.m., when the following applications will be heard:
1. Zbigniew Kobus, 68 Adams Street, Requests a variance from Section 212.4(a) Front Yards, to permit a Front Yard setback of 4.5 ft. requiring a variance of 5.5 ft. (Zone R-4)
2. Natalie Sweeney, agent for the owner of 211 Park Avenue, is appealing the letter of the Zoning Enforcement Official, ordering a “House of Worship” to vacate the property for being in violation of Section

3. Natalie Sweeney, agent for the owner of 275B Park Avenue, is appealing the letter of the Zoning Enforcement Official, ordering a “House of Worship” to vacate the property for being in violation of Section
