Public Notice is hereby given that the East Hartford Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Town Council Chambers, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut, on Thursday, October 27, 2011 at 7:30 p.m., when the following applications will be heard:
Michael Orobello, 144 Melton Drive, Requests a variance from Section 302.5(c) Yards, to permit building of a rear deck attached to the house 17 feet from the rear property line requiring a variance of 23 feet. (Zone R-2)
John Williams, 285 Long Hill Street, Requests a variance from Section 214.2(e) Accessory Structures to permit a shed 240 sq. ft. making the total of all accessory structures 1032 sq. ft. requiring a variance of 252 sq. ft. (Zone R-2)
