Public Notice is hereby given that the East Hartford Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Town Council Chambers, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut, on Thursday, February 17, 2011 at 7:30 p.m., when the following applications will be heard:
Robert Hieronymus, 34 Gorman Place, Requests a variance from Section 302.5(c) Yards, to permit a rear deck attached to the house to be 31.5 ft. from the rear property line requiring a 9.5 ft. variance. (Zone R-2)
