Public Notice is hereby given that the East Hartford Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Town Council Chambers, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut, on Thursday, March 25, 2010 at 7:30 p.m., when the following applications will be heard:
Glen Martin of To Design, 11-59 Elms Village Drive, Requests a variance from Section 209.3(m) Parking Regulations, to reduce the parking lot area by 2 spaces due to updated handicapped accessibility changes made to the property. (Zone R-4)
John Kissi, 107 Burnside Avenue, Requests a variance from Section 403.1(b) Accessory Uses to permit the outdoor storage of contractor’s equipment. (Zone B-2)
