Public Notice is hereby given that the East Hartford Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Town Council Chambers, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut, on Thursday, January 29, 2009 at 7:30 p.m., when the following applications will be heard:
Gary Rounseville, agent for the trustees, 1065-1071 Burnside Avenue, Requests a variance from Section 222 Alcoholic Liquors, Subsections 222.4 Discontinued Uses and 222.1(b) Distance Requirements, to reestablish a retail alcohol sales operation. (Zone B-2)[Postponed from the December 4, 2008 meeting]
Goran Mladan, 19 Thomas Street, Requests a variance from Section 404.2(s)(2 & 3), To eliminate the required 5 foot buffer along Thomas Street. (Zone B-3)
Pullman & Comley, LLC, agent for Youghiogeny Communications Northeast, LLC d/b/a Pocket Communications, 101 Connecticut Boulevard, Requests a variance from Section 225.5 to permit wireless telecommunication antennas on the Housing Authority building within 200 feet of a residential zone. (Zone B-1)
