  Roll Call:   Vincent Parys,  Paul  Barry,  Bernie Corona, Roger J. Pelletier, Kirk Allison
  Excused:     
   Absent:    MaryAnn Roczynski, Timothy Siggia,  David  Whalen,  Gregory Simms.
                                               
 .  Call to Order: Chairman Bernie Corona called the meeting to order at 7: 10 P.M. followed  
    by the pledge of allegiance.
   Approval of Minutes:  Commissioner  Paul Barry made  a motion to accept  the minutes
   of January 06, 2014  as shown, seconded by Commissioner Vincent Parys. Motion Passed                

   Opportunity for Citizens to speak:    None

  Old Business:   The Veterans Day Parade in Hartford was the topic of conversation ,
   Commissioner Bernie Corona drafted a letter that is brief but to the point that will be sent
   to the Ferris Group.  The contents  and intent of the letter is supported by many Veterans,
   civic ,and Military service organizations, as well as family members and the general public.
    It was suggested that both the Veterans Commission and the Patriotic Commission work together to
    bring about a change in The Ferris Group Policy.

     New Business: A motion was made by Commissioner Paul Barry to pay the clerk,  
      2nd. By Commissioner Vincent Parys motion passed.
      Chairman Bernie Corona distributed information concerning Agent Orange that is very
     informative to anyone that served in Vietnam From Jan. 9, 1962 to May 7, 1975.
           .
     Adjournment: The commission adjourned the meeting at 7:45 P.M.
