The meeting was called to order by Joseph Carlson, Chairman at 5:55 P.M. in the Mayor’s Office, East Hartford Town Hall. In addition to Mr. Carlson there were

ALSO PRESENT: Michael Walsh, Finance Director
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: None
Brief discussion was held on the upcoming interviews and questions to be asked. Chairman Carlson distributed copies of a Loomis Sayles newsletter to the Board members regarding the market.

3. APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS:
a. Clerk for Retirement Board – September 17, 2008 meeting $ 100.00
b. Congress Rotisserie – for 9/17/08 meeting 88.10
Motion by Mr. Vignati, seconded by Mr. Christensen to approve as presented for payment items
# 7a & b.
The motion was voted; Motion was unanimously approved.
4. ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business,
Motion by Mr. Morrison, seconded by Mr. Vignati to adjourn the regular meeting at 7:35 P.M.
