Redevelopment Agency
A Regular Meeting of the EAST HARTFORD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY was held in the second floor conference room B, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut on Wednesday, October 16, 2013.
- The meeting was called to order at 6:04PM by Chairperson Pearson

MOTION by Mr. Maine, seconded by Mr. Matta to approve the bills list

- Review RFP response for Burnside Avenue
- Upon the recommendation from Ms. Buckheit, The Agency will submit the RFP for a re-bid early December 2013 with a closing date of March 6, 2014. Ms. Pearson requested that written notice be sent to Norstar that their original submission was not awarded and that they are welcome to submit a proposal for the next round.
MOTION by Ms. McCreery, seconded by Mr. Maine to approve and submit the meeting dates to the Town Clerk’s Office

- OLD BUSINESS - NONE
- MISCELLANEOUS
- The joint meeting with EDC was discussed and Ms. Buckheit will confirm the date, December 4, 2013, with a meeting place TBD.
- Ms. Buckheit reported that the new Economic Development Coordinator will be starting in the next month.
- The 2nd public workshop for the East Hartford Plan of Conservation & Development will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 from 7-9PM at the Town Hall, Town Council Chambers
