A Regular Meeting of the EAST HARTFORD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY was held in the second floor conference room B, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut on Wednesday, May 15, 2013.
1. CALL TO ORDER
a. The meeting was called to order at 6:03PM by Chairperson Pearson

a. 550 Burnside Avenue
i. Discussion was held regarding the draft RFP including how and to whom the request would be advertised. Suggested corrections and additional clarifications were given.
ii. Ms. Buckheit with send out a revised copy to Commissioners for their review.
iii. A final package will be presented at the next regularly scheduled meeting.
b. 590 Burnside Avenue

7. MISCELLANEOUS
a. Ms. McCreery requested the time table for the project located on Area 1 (Farmington Bank)
b. Ms. McCreery requested information regarding the northern boundary of Area 2 (corner of Main Street and Burnside Avenue)
c. Ms. McCreery asked for confirmation that the Town would maintain the Redevelopment property located at 673 Burnside Avenue.
