A Regular Meeting of the EAST HARTFORD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY was held in the Second Floor Conference Room, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut on Wednesday, April 27, 2011.
- The meeting was called to order at 6:07 p.m by Chairperson Pearson

- Approval of New Samaritan Corporations request for a six month contract extension
MOTION by Mr. Maine, seconded by Ms. McCreery to extend the New Samaritan Corporation contract from May 25, 2011 until November 25, 2011

- Ms. Pearson asked about the status of the application with regards to the approvals Mr. Fairbairn must receive from appropriate commissions prior to the final submission.
- The agreement between the Commission and the Podunk Bluegrass Music Festival was signed allowing the Festival to utilize this property for overflow parking during the even held from August 4 to August 7, 2011.
