A Special Meeting of the EAST HARTFORD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY was held in the Second Floor Conference Room, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut on March 18, 2010.
- The meeting was called to order at 6:08 p.m.

- $100 – Clerk
- up to $40 for final payment to CL&P for Daley Court electrical bill
MOTION by Ms. McCreery, seconded by Mr. Ryan to approve the bills list

- BURNSIDE AVENUE REDEVELOPMENT
- Ms. Webb presented the drafted RFP which was reviewed and revised by the Commissioners.
- Suggestions were made for advertising purposes.
- Mr. Ryan requested a meeting with Burnside Ave area businesses.
MOTION by Mr. Maine, seconded by Mr. Ryan authorizing the expenditure for an appraisal on the property known as 550 Burnside Avenue.

- 590 Burnside – Progress Report
- Nothing has come back from HUD regarding the application presented. Ms. Webb is in constant communication with the Congressman’s office and will reach out to the Senators Lieberman and Dodd’s offices to have this pushed forward.
- Housing for Economic Growth Project
- A presentation will be made to the Town Council in the near future.
- Main Street Improvement Project
- Plans are moving along in regards to the work being done by Dusty McMahon and Urban Engineers.
