PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
SEPTEMBER 24, 2008
A Workshop Session Meeting of the EAST HARTFORD PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION was held in the Building Department Conference Room, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut on September 24, 2008.
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:04 p.m.

Upon a motion made by Paul J. Roczynski, seconded by John Grottole, the Commission Voted (6-0) to move into Executive Session.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Discussion of Pending Litigation: No. CV 08-4034369 – JZ, Inc. D/B/A Dunkin Donuts vs. Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of East Hartford
Upon a motion by John Grottole, seconded by Paul J. Roczynski, the Commission Voted (7-0) to reconvene the meeting at 6:27 p.m.

NEW BUSINESS
Discussion on Capitol Region Council Of Governments regional draft Plan of Conservation and Development
Staff reviewed the draft map of the Capitol Region Council of Government Regional Plan of Conservation and Development with the Commission. It was the consensus of the Commission to have staff report back on October 15, 2008 with all recommendations.

MISCELLANEOUS
The Commission reviewed the letter from Goodwin Village Association dated September 25,2008. It was the consensus of the Commission to accept the letter as part of the Site Plan Modification Application.
