An Executive Session Meeting of the EAST HARTFORD PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION was held in the Mayor’s Office, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut on July 31, 2008.
CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Anthony Kayser called the meeting to order at 6:07 p.m.

Upon a motion made by Elaine Carey, seconded by Paul Roczynski, the Commission Voted (7-0) to move into Executive Session.
ADJOURNMENT
Upon a motion by Thomas Fitzgerald, seconded by John Grottole, the Commission Voted (7-0) to adjourn the meeting at 6:42 p.m.
