PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
SEPTEMBER 15, 2010
A Regular Session Meeting of the EAST HARTFORD PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION was held in the Town Council Chambers, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut on September 15, 2010.
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m.

Chairman Anthony Kayser declared a quorum present. Chairman Kayser stated that Mary Whaples would be voting in place of Elaine Carey and that the Commission would be voting with seven members.

BOND RELEASES/REDUCTIONS/SETTINGS
- 164 School Street - Site Plan Modification Bond Release Request
Applicant: Corneau Limited Partnership
Upon a motion by Tom Fitzgerald, seconded by Paul Roczynski, the Commission Voted (7 -0) to release the site plan modification bond in the amount of $36,775.00.
MISCELLANEOUS
Commission acknowledged correspondence from Attorney Regiana von Gootkin of Brown Paindiris & Scott, LLP. dated September 2, 2010 regarding 31 Phillips Farm Road. Town Engineer indicated that a response letter had been sent asking for clarification on site plan modification bond issues.
Staff asked for a workshop to discuss potential changes to the Zoning Regulation relating to site plan approval process. It was the consensus of the Commission to have a 5:00 P.M. workshop on November 17, 2010.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:25 p.m.
