2. SITE PLAN APPLICATION – 180 Goodwin Street, Installation of a 234 kw dc roof mounted solar system  
    and associated ground equipment.

3. SITE PLAN APPLICATION – 701 Main Street, Installation of a handicap access ramp to an existing    
    commercial building.

4. SPECIAL PERMIT USE APPLICATION – Under section 405.2(b) to allow the installation of a non-
    profit donation drop-off box on property located at 20 Burnside Avenue.

    Dispensary Facility with specific requirements, and add new wording to Section       
    200 definitions.
