    sq. ft. retail pharmacy building on land located at 972 Silver Lane & 403 Forbes
    Street.

 4. SITE PLAN APPLICATION – 972 Silver Lane & 403 Forbes Street to construct a   
     12,900 sq. ft. retail pharmacy building with double drive-through facilities, parking lot
     and associated storm water drainage system.

5.  SOIL EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL APPLICATION-, 972

     magnet high school and attached three level parking garage on land located at 1-5    
     Riverside Drive, 84 & 90 Colt Street.

     system.
