3.   APPLICATION FOR MAJOR FLOOD HAZARD DEVELOPMENT PERMIT-Under       
       section 601 to allow pipe investigations and potential repairs to an existing underground      
       petroleum pipeline located on land in Great River Park.

4.   APPLICATION FOR MAJOR FLOOD HAZARD DEVELOPMENT         
 PERMIT-Under section 601 to allow pipe investigations and potential repairs to     
 an existing underground petroleum pipeline located on land in Colt Street Right of      
 Way.

5.   APPLICATION FOR MAJOR FLOOD HAZARD DEVELOPMENT     
 PERMIT-Under section 601 to allow pipe investigations and potential repairs to  
 an existing underground petroleum pipeline located on land west of Jencks Street,  
 between the CT River and East Hartford levee.

6.   SPECIAL PERMIT APPLICATION-Under section 207.10 to allow construction of a  
      nature trail/walkway on land owned by the Town of East Hartford located at the terminus of    
      Phase II at Hillside Street, Along the Hockanum River Corridor toward the historic mill near  
      the end of Cottage Street connecting back onto Olde Roberts Street.
