PRESENT: Rose Tavtigian, Gloria Visgilio-Lupi, Charlie Casella, Debra Arrieta, Florence Schroeter, Pat Jones, Librarian and Tom Rup. Guest: Al Harrison, JOURNAL INQUIRER reporter

CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: The minutes of the January 24th, 2011 meeting were approved as submitted
LIBRARIAN’S REPORT/LIBRARY EXPANSION
--Pat Jones met with Mayor Leclerc, discussing architectural plans. The Mayor also plans to meet with our commission
--The library hopes to receive a 5% budget increase for the coming 2011-12 year
--The Wickham location is transitioning into a children’s library with an adult collection
