Application #2013-002 for Greater Hartford Transit District to conduct a regulated activity
within an inland wetland upland review area to construct a Paratransit Operations Facility and
appurtenances on a property located at 148 Roberts Street.
Sebastian Amenta, Professional Engineer, spoke on behalf of the project.
Vicki Shotland, Executive Director of Greater Hartford Transit District, also spoke.
Application #2013-003 for Richard P. Hayes, Jr, Trustee to amend an inland wetland map with
field identified and surveyed inland wetland locations on a property located at 400 Roberts
Street.
George Logan, a social scientist from REMA Ecological Services spoke on behalf of the application.
