The meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm the in the Welling Conference Room on the 2nd Floor of the East Hartford Town Hall.

NEW BUSINESS
- Application #2013-001 for Reed Builders, LLC to conduct a regulated activity within an inland wetland upland review area to construct a single family home and appurtenances located at 242 Hills Street which is a lot approved from the subdivision wetland application # 2011-009.
