INLAND WETLANDS - ENVIRONMENT
COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF EAST HARTFORD
At the April 26, 2011 meeting of the Inland Wetlands - Environment Commission of the Town of East Hartford, the Commission voted to take the following action:
- Approved the application #2011-007 for Daniel R. DePietro to conduct a regulated activity within the Inland Wetlands and Buffer Zone in conjunction with a two lot subdivision. Located at # 951 Forbes Street, East Hartford, CT.
- Postponed decision on application #2011-008 for the Town of East Hartford to amend the Town’s Inland Wetlands – Environment Regulations to (a) add a new sub-section pertaining to the protection of watercourses and (b) update the regulations to reflect changes in the Connecticut General Statutes.
- Tabled application #2011-009 for Premier Partners & Associates, LLC. to conduct a regulated activity within the Inland Wetlands and Buffer Zone in conjunction with a 5 lot residential subdivision, located at #208-250 Hills Street, East Hartford, CT.
- Tabled application #2011-010 for RA East Hartford, LLC to conduct a regulated activity within the Inland Wetlands and Buffer Zone in conjunction with the construction of a new 11,800 S.F. pharmacy, located at 329 Ellington Rd, 550,552 School Street.
