INLAND WETLANDS - ENVIRONMENT
COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF EAST HARTFORD
At the March 22, 2011 meeting of the Inland Wetlands - Environment Commission of the Town of East Hartford, the Commission voted to take the following action:
- Tabled the application of Daniel R. DePietro. (File # 2011-007) To conduct a regulated activity within the Inland Wetlands and Buffer Zone in conjunction with a two lot subdivision. Located at # 951 Forbes Street, East Hartford, CT.
- Tabled the Town of East Hartford. (File # 2011-008) Admendments to the Town’s Inland Wetlands – Environment Regulations to (a) add new sub-section pertaining to the protection of watercourses and (b) update the regulations to reflect changes in the Connecticut General Statutes.
