LEGAL NOTICE
INLAND WETLANDS - ENVIRONMENT
COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF EAST HARTFORD
At the November 23rd, 2010 meeting of the Inland Wetlands - Environment Commission of the Town of East Hartford, the Commission voted to take the following action:
- Approved the application of Goodwin College. (File # 2010-014). For the excavation 300 CY of contaminated soil. Area to be backfilled with clean material. Located at # 133 Riverside Drive, East Hartford, CT.
- Approved the application of Goodwin College. (File # 2010-015). For the excavation of 1,100 CY of contaminated soil 0-2ft below grade. Area to be backfilled with clean material. Located at # 135 Riverside Drive, East Hartford, CT.
- Approved the request to withdraw the application of RA East Hartford, LLC (File # 2010-016). For the construction of a new 11,800 S.F. pharmacy with drive through facilities and related infrastructure. Located at # 329 Ellington Rd, 550,552 School Street, East Hartford, CT
- Approved the application of Metropolitan District Commission (File # 2010-017) For the installation of a new 20’x30’ bulk storage tank building. Located at 65 Pitkin Street East Hartford, CT.
- Approved the application of Robert Heironymus. (File # 2010-018) For the construction of an addition to the existing structure, new deck, tool shed, and a 4 inch sewer pipe along with associated grading. Located at #34 Gorman Place, East Hartford, CT.
- Approved the application of the Town of East Hartford. (File # 2010-019) For the 2010-2011 Pavement rehabilitation activities include bituminous overlays, pavement reclamation, handicap ramps, catch basins repairs, utility upgrades. Located within the Town of East Hartford.
- Tabled the application of Goodwin College (file # 2010-020) For the construction of a new bituminous parking area, storm sewer, and landscaping. Located at #135, 211 Riverside Drive, East Hartford, CT.
