Application of Goodwin College. (File # 2010-010) To conduct a regulated activity within the Inland Wetlands and Buffer Zone in conjunction with the excavation of 6,500 CY of contaminated soil 0-6ft below grade. Area to be backfilled with clean material. Located at # 1-5 Riverside Drive, East Hartford, CT.

Application of United Technologies Research Center. (File # 2010-011) To conduct a regulated activity within the Inland Wetlands and Buffer Zone in conjunction with the replacement of a pedestrian bridge, modifications include abutment stem, backwall, new bridge deck, and approach ramps. Located at # 427 Silver Lane, East Hartford, CT

Application of United Technologies Research Center. (File # 2010-012) To conduct a regulated activity within the Inland Wetlands and Buffer Zone in conjunction with Roadway and parking rehabilitation throughout the entire UTRC site. Application of Goodwin College. (File # 2010-015) To conduct a regulated activity within the Inland Wetlands and Buffer Zone in conjunction with the excavation of 1,100 CY of contaminated soil 0-2ft below grade. Area to be backfilled with clean material. Located at # 135 Riverside Drive, East Hartford, CT.

Application of RA East Hartford, LLC (File # 2010-016) To conduct a regulated activity within the Inland Wetlands and Buffer Zone in conjunction with the construction of a new 11,800 S.F. pharmacy with drive through facilities and related infrastructure.
