To conduct a regulated activity within the Inland Wetlands and Buffer Zone in conjunction with the replacement of existing floats, along with the installation of an additional platform and pedestrian ramp to extend a dock further into the water. Located at No. 55 Riverside Drive, East Hartford, CT.

Application of Goodwin College. To conduct a regulated activity within the Inland Wetlands and Buffer Zone in conjunction with the excavation of a 1 foot wide by 3 foot deep trench for the installation of pvc pipes to connect bioventing wells. Located at # 195 Riverside Drive, East Hartford, CT.
