LEGAL NOTICE
INLAND WETLANDS - ENVIRONMENT COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF EAST HARTFORD
At the February 23rd, 2010 meeting of the Inland Wetlands - Environment Commission of the Town of East Hartford, the Commission voted to take the following action:
- Approved the request to withdraw the Application of Goodwin College (File # 2010-001) for the removal of contaminated soil 0-15 feet below grade and the removal of existing utilities, area to be backfilled with clean fill to existing grade, located at 135 Riverside Drive.
- Tabled the application of 800 CT Blvd. LLC. (File # 2010 – 002) for the installation of a 54 space parking lot on top of the levee. Located at 800 CT Blvd.
