LEGAL NOTICE
INLAND WETLANDS - ENVIRONMENT COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF EAST HARTFORD
At the January 26th, 2010 meeting of the Inland Wetlands - Environment Commission of the Town of East Hartford, the Commission voted to take the following action:
- Approved with conditions the application of Sal Amato (File # 2007-006) to ask for the redesignation of the Inland Wetlands limits on a parcel of land designated as subdivision lot # 1, Grady Drive (Assessors map 49, lot 211) and a 19 acre parcel of land located to the south of Amato Drive and Southwood Lane (Assessors map 49, lot 27). Additional activities on the 19 acre parcel of land include the construction of a 23,000 square foot (0.53 +- acre) wetlands mitigation area.
- Tabled the Application of Goodwin College (File # 2010-001) for the removal of contaminated soil 0-15 feet below grade and the removal of existing utilities, area to be backfilled with clean fill to existing grade, located at 135 Riverside Drive.
