LEGAL NOTICE
INLAND WETLANDS - ENVIRONMENT COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF EAST HARTFORD
At the November 24th, 2009 meeting of the Inland Wetlands - Environment Commission of the Town of East Hartford, the Commission voted to take the following action:
- Approved the Application of the Town of East Hartford (File # 2009-024) for 2009-2010 Pavement Rehabilitation, located at Collimore Rd., Goodwin St., Hillside St., Roberts St., and Sedgwick Rd.
- Tabled the Application of Goodwin College (File # 2009-025) for the construction of a modular building and appurtenant parking and utility connections. The project is located at 133 & 195 Riverside Drive.
- Tabled the Application The Willows, LLC (File # 2009-026 for the installation of sanitary sewer mains, water mains, associated lateral connections, repaving of existing roadways. The project is located at 441 Main Street.
- Tabled the Application of the Pratt & Whitney division of United Technologies Corporation (File # 2009-027) for the subsurface soil exploration, monitoring well installation, and minor brush clearing associated with an environmental assessment. The project is located at One Pent Road.
- Tabled the Application of Pratt & Whitney (File # 2009-028) for the removal of beaver dams, woody growth, and repair of erosion to maintain the Willow Brook Watercourse. The project is located at 400 Main Street.
